i have purchase toshiba estudio 160 from hcl technologies and given AMC for the same, even after loging compalint on customer no any engineer is attending the camplaint it takes 15 to 1 month forthis engineer to attend the complaint. the worstest company in the world.

i have also call the seniors but they are not picking the phones nor replying. my suggession for all not to go for toshiba brand, not anly the product but the customer care are also worst in the world.

this people are taking money fron the users in the form of amc but not attending the complaints.
