I bought a Toshiba laptop in May with my pell grant because I'm going to school online. About a week after I got it the W key fell off.

Then maybe a month later I couldn't get anything to happen it was giving me error messages. I was able to get them to fix it and it needed a new hard drive. How after such a short time does it need a new hard drive? Today the mouse is caved in.

I talked to someone with Toshiba and they said if it's physical damage the warranty probably won't cover it. I said and why is this?

It's not like I'm pounding on it or anything for it to break. I'm so frustrated with Toshiba and the lack of them giving a ***.
