I sent my laptop to Toshiba for repair in September 2010. It is now 11/12/10 and they still have not completed the repair. They first told me that they moved their warehouse so estimated date for fix not available due to no access to parts information.
Then they gave me an eta of 11/4 and then changed to 11/5 then told me no eta for parts needed to repair my laptop.
As of today, they still have no idea when the part will be received and after speaking with Customer Relations and begging for a replacement laptop, they said they would send it but not until after they get the broken laptop from their own repair depot and they have no idea when that will be.
