Toshiba e-studio 282, scanner enabler damadged because of turning of the mashine by the power button
We have purchased about 30 mashines Toshiba e-studio 282 and Toshiba e-studio 280. within two year about 60% of them their scanner enabler have been damaged.
When we return to the distributer, they said that the reason was shutting off the machine using the power button instead of shutting it down using their software. Is that reasonable?!!
If so, should not that considered as "Manufacturing fault"? they are still in the guarantee period.
Shouldn't them replace these parts for free within the guarantee agreement?!
