Toshiba couldn't resolve my issue since Microsoft didn't provide a functioning installation media tool for Windows 10. Toshiba said I could restore my laptop to the original specs if I paid $30-$40 dollars for their recovery tool.

That is the shipping fee... Sure it is. I already paid Toshiba $100 dollars!

Each technician has a new story and the "supervisors" are there to collect money for tech support. I replaced my hard drive (because Toshiba's tech recommended it), but the Microsoft Installation Media Tool didn't install on the new hard drive either.

Toshiba wants $30-$40 to ship a USB or DVD to restore my laptop to factory specs after their tech told me to change the partitions. Once I did that, I could no longer do a master reset. Don't be fooled by the BS.

The technician told me he had the skills to fix my computer. Yeah, for the price of a new one!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Toshiba has the worst customer service. The same thing happened to me.

I would never buy technology from this company. Please save yourself the headache and buy another brand.
