New fridge got rusty and no warranty help

I got a new fridge this year in February, but in October, I noticed rust on the front door. All the time, the fridge has been near my bed, so improper storage with water and humidity, which the local customer service suggests, isn't the cause of the fridge rust. It's about poor fridge quality!
